Why?
Getting vaccinated is the first step to help prevent the flu.
Who? The CDC now recommends a seasonal flu vaccination for all children from 6 months through 18 years old, adults older than 50, and people who are in frequent contact with these priority groups. Families should also be aware of the H1N1 2009 flu virus. It is a new strain and is not included in the seasonal flu vaccine. Click here for more information.
When?
Get vaccinated against seasonal flu in October and November, before flu activity peaks.
